RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
If you received a defective item, please contact customer support at info@thecandlemugcompany.com within 3 days of delivery to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the item for an exchange. Shipping costs for the initial delivery will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All RMA numbers should be displayed on the outside of the shipping box. All returned products should be unused and include the original packaging material and accessories, and must have the original tags still attached.
The Candle Mug Company will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing components. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear.
SHIPPING INFO
The Candle Mug Company currently uses USPS ground shipping to deliver packages. All packages ship for free when you spend $100 or more. Your order will generally leave our warehouse in 2-3 business days. Shipping costs are determined by which state the package is being delivered to.
